The partnership will bring a special product to the shelves of the natural product chain. These olive oils are produced using traditional methods in the region of Estremadura, on the border with Portugal. The manual, cold press extraction process ensures a more refined flavor, faithful to the natural ingredient.

Participating in Expoazeite, the largest trade fair in the sector in Brazil, for the third time, Deguste has stood out for its quality and product range. Industry data indicate that olive oil consumption in Brazil has doubled in recent years, having been added to the table of the new Brazilian middle class – thus demanding a considerable increase in imports.

Food imports – previously not the object of class C consumption – are expected to increase significantly in the forthcoming years, especially perishable and frozen goods. With almost 10 years’ experience in buying foreign food stuffs, FullComex is fully certified by the relevant industry agencies and possesses all the licenses required for these operations.

The contract signed between the companies will allow the import of Lishide products at FullComex hubs in São Paulo, Vitória, Pernambuco and Itajaí, to meet demands from the whole country.

Having proven its quality, the Chinese product has been chosen by numerous large Brazilian companies. The excavators are more cost effective than their US, European and Brazilian competitors, and offer longer durability.

Customer satisfaction with Lishide equipment in Brazil is soaring, and considering the growing demand for this category of heavy machinery due to the construction boom, there is a trend toward this segment dominating FullComex operations, as the company has a proven track record in importing heavy machinery.

With a view to strengthening relations with those in the heavy machinery and equipment industry, FullComex will participate in the next event promoted by the magazine M&T, which gathers the major players of the sector. Organized by the magazine Manutenção & Tecnologia, specialized in covering the civil construction industry, this is the largest event for the sector.

To liaise with potentially major clients from the infrastructure industry represents a strategic opportunity for FullComex, active in all five regions of Brazil and has ample capacity to distribute imported goods from strategically located hubs. With less than 10 years in the market, FullComex already operates in four units in Brazil, with offices in São Paulo, Vitória, Recife and Itajaí (SC), serving the whole country.

To advertise its expanded service capacity, FullComex contracted a media package with the magazine, starting in July 2011. The M&T Expo, which is the largest and most important Latin American Trade Fair for Mining and Construction Machinery and Equipment, will be held in August next year.

In his speech, the president of the CBCDE, Fernando Ou, spoke of the challenges faced by the chamber and the results it has achieved over the last decade. “The CBCDE has reached this stage aware of the huge challenges it faces. But it is also full of joy, as when it began its operations the flow of trade between Brazil and China accounted to less than US$ 1 billion, now it is worth more than US$ 50 billion. This expressive growth is emblematic of all that has been achieved. Not only by the CBCDE, of course, but it has helped in the debate, the mediation and search for solutions”.

The party was quite a prestigious affair. The guests included the senator for Espírito Santo, Ana Rita, federal deputies Aldo Rabelo, Roberto de Lucena and Arnaldo Faria de Sá, the municipal secretary for International Relations, Guilherme Mattar, the Coordinator General of the Municipal Department of International Relations, Cesar Boscolo, representing the mayor of São Paulo, Gilberto Kassab. the Consul General of China in São Paulo, Sun Rogmao, the Vice Consul General of China in São Paulo, Hu Ying and the Commercial Consul of China in São Paulo, Li Haitong. The CEO of FullComex, Bernardo Castro e Silva, was also present, as well as the business managers Giampaolo Zanon and Marco Abate.

To congratulate some of the main representatives of the relationship between the two countries, the CBCDE created the Brazil-China Personality Prize, which was awarded to 17 people at the ceremony.

FullComex began its operations in 2003, in the city of Vitória, Espírito Santo. That is where its head office is based to this day. On November 13 and 14, 2010, the FullComex management gathered with its entire staff in Vitória for the company’s first general convention. This entailed two days of exchanging information, visiting tourist attractions, news and, of course, celebration of 7 years of uninterrupted growth.

The event began with a city tour around the main tourist attractions, followed by a visit to the company’s head office during the first day. In the evening a special dinner was held with an awards ceremony, a DJ and lots of fun and mingling among the guests. On the morning of the 14th, the consultant Eugenio Lira, from Planus Estratégia & Gestão, presented the company’s new strategic plan. With its new management model supported by the newest foreign trade tools, FullComex is ready to achieve even more and better business in 2011.

Also present at the convention was the designer and advertising executive Renata Castro e Silva, who presented the new FullComex logo and visual identity. Consultant and FGV professor, Luciano Salamacha, presented a lecture and conducted a group dynamics session aimed at team motivation and demonstrating the importance of teamwork for the company’s new growth cycle. At the end, all the employees were awarded an IPod Shuffle.
